Setting up your Email Accounts The main purpose of this page is to explain how to change and/or edit your Email Account name within your email client software. Click here to learn about Webmail...a method of sending and receiving your business email online anywhere through the use of a browser. The demonstrations shown below are the popular Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express programs. If you are using a different program please let us know.

These screen shots are for Outlook Express, however Outlook 2000 is very similar and the principle is the same for Outlook 98		These screen shots are for Outlook 2003, however Outlook XP is very similar.
Open Outlook Express> left click on Tools> then Accounts		Open Outlook > left click on Tools> then E-Mail Accounts
From the Mail tab> left click on the email account you wish to edit> now click on the Properties button		Select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts'> then click on next
		In the 'Logon Information' section edit the 'User Name' box. You can now click on the 'Test Account Settings' button to make sure the changes are working.
Click on the Servers tab and edit the Account Name....now click on Apply> then OK. You have now completed the changes.
Now please send yourself an email and wait a few minutes to make sure your address is working correctly.
